The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Consumer Agreement


    By placing your order, you confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. You will therefore agree to and comply with all the points as stated.

    • You are at least 18 years of age.

    • Teeth whitening products will only work on natural teeth.

    • You have no loose or decayed teeth and are not suffering from gum disease (periodontal diseases).

    • Teeth whitening products will not work on dental works such as veneers, bridgework or crowns.

    • If you are pregnant or breast-feeding you will not use teeth whitening product(s) without the approval of a dentist or a dental professional.

    • Any product guidance or advice on this website may be regarded as reference only and may be used for product comparison. It should not be taken as recommendation or endorsement of suitability for an individual.

    • Before any purchase, you must do your own research and make sure that you are not allergic to any agent present in the product you are interested in using.

    • Some tooth sensitivity and gum irritation may be experienced by some people. These are transient, harmless and will eventually disappear. However, If it persists, you must stop immediately and seek advice from your dentist or a dental professional.

    • You will follow the correct proceedure and manufacturer instructions at all times and will not exceed the recommendations made by the manufacturer.

    • You are not recommended to smoke, drink red wine, tea, coffee, or any other food or drink containing colouring for at least an hour after an application of teeth whitening agent.

    • We do not maufacture teeth whitening products, therefore, we will not be held responsible for the performance of the products purchased from this website.

    • Our staff are not dental professionals or dentists so they are not permitted to recommend products.

    If in doubt, you must seek advice from a dentist or a dental professional prior to any teeth whitening. All purchases made thereafter or otherwise are at your own discretion.


    We have opted for 'PayPal' to process all payments. It offers a secure, safe and quick platform to process 'Debit / Credit Card' payments. You do not require to open a 'PayPal' account to use the service. There is the added benefit for 'PayPal' account holders to complete a transaction using funds in their account.

    There is no postal fee for a delivery to an address within UK- It is free of charge. A flat fee is payable for deliveries to addresses outside UK.

    Deliveries to UK addresses are free of charge.

    Typical charges for outside UK addresses are:
    Europe £8    Australia £10    New Zealand £18.

    At 'Checkout', the correct amount will be added automatically to your shopping basket total for payment.


    Orders received by 3pm will be despatched on the same working day. Parcels may be sent by a recorded delivery service where a signature is required on delivery. We generally use 'Royal Mail' to deliver our parcels but we may use other reputable carriers too. If we do, you will be informed of the carrier by email in advance. UK deliveries should take no more than 2 to 3 working days. However, delays are expected during public holidays due to busy sorting offices.

    You will have 14 days from the date of despatch to inform us of a non-delivery. There will be no refund or a re-despatch after this period.


    We will happily accept returns, as long as the following conditions are met:

    • You must contact us as soon as you decide to return the product.

    • The product must be in its original factory sealed condition. If the product has been opened or damaged, either purposely or inadvertently, it will be deemed as soiled and we will not be able to accept it as it will not be fit for re-sell.

    • The returned product must reach us within 14 days of the date you inform us of your decision.

    • The parcel must be returned to us using a similar postal service to when it was delivered. You must obtain 'Proof of Postage' for the parcel in case it is lost in the post.

    • Once we receive the parcel and we are happy with the condition of it, as described above, we will refund your account in full immediately. You should allow around 7 days for the parcel to reach us and before contacting us regarding a refund.
